Life Coaching
Christian life coaching assists clients in increasing self-awareness, confidence, clarity, focus, and a broader perspective. In addition to alleviating burnout and stress, we discuss techniques to improve one’s sense of accomplishment, purpose, and engagement, all rooted in Biblical principles and with various assessments.
Christian Spiritual Formation Coaching
Spiritual formation for Christians is the process of being transformed into the image of Jesus Christ for the glory of God and for the sake of others (2 Corinthians 3:17-18). Integrated with a one-on-one coaching approach, I offer a biblical perspective and insight into spiritual formation and life issues. Partnering with a Christian coach will help the client see clearly and heighten spiritual well-being.
