LaSonya Clay
President
Dr. LaSonya. Clay, Bible teacher, speaker, entrepreneur, certified coach, and mentor. Dr. Clay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and Theology from Southeastern Bible College, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Beeson's Divinity School at Samford University, a Master of Art in Social Work from Samford University, and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Southeastern University.
Kenneth B. Clay, Sr.
Vice President
Mr. Kenneth. Clay, Sr. is a retired military officer from the United State Army. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master of Public-Private Management from Birmingham Southern College. He worked as an accountant for the Alabama Power Company for 18 years. From 2003 to 2007, he was a real estate investor. He owns K & L Group, LLC, a local construction company specializing in municipal, commercial, and defense contracting. His expertise in strategic planning and business networking is influential in connecting the organization with financial supporters from the business community.
